Reckitt Benckiser
We were appointed by Reckitt Benckiser on a managed contract basis to upgrade their existing Dettol ASL Manufacturing and Filling & Packing Facilities.
The upgrade consisted of four main sections:
Clean Room Construction – QA lab, Micro lab, Dispensary, Manufacturing, Sampling Booths, Change rooms, Staging and Packing Hall.
HVAC – Grade D and CNC to serve upgraded facilities.
Process & Control – The complete manufacturing, transfer, filling and CIP systems (incl batch control) were upgraded to adhere to latest cGMP standards.
Validation – HCE generated and executed all protocols to provide fully Validated facility.
